1) How do I know if I am eligible to participate in the Global Ambassadors Meeting 2025?
You will be eligible if you fulfill, proportionally, all the activities outlined in your current S.I.N. Ambassador contract by October 2025.

 

2) How can I confirm my attendance?
Your reservation will be confirmed upon submission of your issued airline ticket, which must be sent to the following email: gam2025@renase.com.br

 

3) What type of accommodation will be provided?
You will stay in a single-occupancy room with full board. Companions are not included.

 

4) Who can participate in the Global Ambassadors Meeting?
The event is exclusive and intended only for S.I.N. Ambassadors. It is non-transferable.

 

5) Can the event be postponed or canceled?
Yes, the Global Ambassadors Meeting may be postponed or canceled due to force majeure.

 

6) How do I cancel my participation in the event?
You must notify us at least 30 days in advance by emailing gam2025@renase.com.br.
You must also check the cancellation policy of your e-ticket directly with the airline that issued your ticket and/or the agency responsible for its issuance.

 

7) What are my responsibilities?
You will be responsible for:

• Round-trip airfare to Montevideo;

• Transportation to the airport in your city of departure;

• Fees, travel insurance, and all necessary documentation for travel;

• Any additional expenses during your stay that are not included in the full board, which must be paid separately by the Ambassador.

 

8) Can I bring companions?
The presence of children and/or companions is not allowed at any activity organized by S.I.N. during the stay. This includes participation in events, access to scheduled program spaces, use of transfer services, and any other action promoted by S.I.N.
The single room will be covered exclusively for the S.I.N. Ambassador.

 

9) Will S.I.N. be responsible for my travel documents?
No, it is each participant’s responsibility to ensure their passport is valid and to secure any documentation required to enter Uruguay, including covering any related costs.

 

10) Can I nominate another professional to become a S.I.N. Ambassador?
The nomination period for new Ambassadors has already closed. The next call will be in 2026.

 

11) Until when can I confirm my attendance at the Global Ambassadors Meeting 2025?
The deadline is August 31, 2025, but as spots are limited, they may reach full capacity at any time.

 

12) Can I lose the right to participate in the Global Ambassadors Meeting 2025 even after my ticket has been issued?
Yes. Participation in GAM 2025 depends on the proportional completion of the activities specified in your contract by October 2025.
If, for any reason, these activities are not completed, your participation will be automatically canceled — with no refund or compensation, even if your ticket has already been issued.
Additionally, if the contract is terminated before then for any reason, the right to participate in GAM will also be revoked, with no possibility of refund or compensation.

13) How will the transfer work?
The transfer service is included in the GAM 2025 and will be offered as follows:

• October 20: from Montevideo Airport to the Enjoy Punta del Este Resort.

• October 23: from the Enjoy Punta del Este Resort to Montevideo Airport.
