How to confirm your participation?
Your reservation for the Global Ambassadors Meeting 2025 will be confirmed after sending the issued flight ticket to the event’s official email.
The round-trip airfare, transportation to the airport in your departure city, fees, travel insurance, and any required travel documents are your responsibility.

1) Until when can I confirm my attendance at the Global Ambassadors Meeting 2025?
The deadline is August 31st, 2025, but since spots are limited, they may fill up at any time.
2) How can I confirm my attendance?
Your reservation will be confirmed upon submission of your issued flight ticket, which must be sent via email to gam2025@renase.com.br.
3) What type of accommodation will be provided?
You will stay in a single room with full board. Companions are not included.
4) Who can attend the Global Ambassadors Meeting?
The event is exclusive to S.I.N. Ambassadors and is non-transferable.
5) Can the event be postponed or canceled?
Yes, the Global Ambassadors Meeting may be postponed or canceled due to force majeure.
6) How do I cancel my participation in the event?
You must notify us 30 days in advance via email at gam2025@renase.com.br, and check the cancellation policies of your e-ticket directly with the airline or the issuing travel agency.
7) What are my responsibilities?
You will be responsible only for your round-trip airfare to Punta del Este and/or Montevideo, transportation to the airport in your city of origin, travel insurance, taxes, and the documentation required for boarding.
8) Can I bring companions?
The entry of children and/or companions will not be allowed in any activity carried out by S.I.N. during the stay. This includes participation in events, access to programming spaces, use of transfer services, and any other action promoted by S.I.N. The single-room accommodation will be covered exclusively for the S.I.N. Ambassador.
9) Will S.I.N. be responsible for my travel documents?
No, checking the validity of your passport and any documents required for entry into Uruguay is the responsibility of each participant,
including any costs for issuing new documents.
10) Can I recommend another professional to become a S.I.N. Ambassador?
The nomination period has ended. The next opportunity will be in 2026.
11) How am I eligible to participate?
You will be eligible to participate by fulfilling all the activities outlined in the updated 2025 Ambassador contract.
